Coolant drain plug leak?

I have a coolant leak that I believe might be coming from the red drain plug for the coolant.

Is this something that happens? Maybe the O rings wear out?

I searched around but didn't find any other posts confirming this as a possibility. I hope I have just missed it somehow...

yep there should be an O-ring on there. Try taking it all the way out and replace the O-ring
