jim1071,
What sort of dealer was this that said you are not carrying enough weight?
Find a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Commercial dealer and have them realign the front end (using camber
bolts if necessary) to adjust the front end of your Sprinter to the correct Hunter Engineering Laser
Alignment specifications and your front tires will wear perfectly unless you change the weight inside
your Sprinter significantly and for a long period of time.
You do have a 2007-2017 Sprinter NCV3....right?
What tires are you using?
50K is not so bad for the OEM Continentals or Kumhos.
Is your Sprinter an RV or RV conversion?
Here's some info on FE alignment of Sprinters:

Here's another thread with a Commercial Sprinter Dealer Full Hunter Engineering Alignment
sheet....(mine).

If you are having your Sprinter's Front End aligned, and it not being done to this level of
accuracy, you are wasting $$ on the alignment and more $$ on poor tire wear.
Be sure to rotate your tires on the MB Sprinter recommended schedules for the best overall
tire wear.

Re: Replacing Stock tires

Looking to replace the stock tires on my 2015 2500 2X4. Looking for tires that do well on the highway (quite and smooth ride) yet provide suitable traction to get back out of poorly maintained dirt roads for camping and climbing. Does such a tire exist? Only driving in snow on rare occasions.

nordich2o,
Looks like there may still be some Michelin LTX M/S2 tires available in the Sprinter sizes and LT ratings.
Get some, you will like them for sure.
Not inexpensive, but when you get twice the miles out of the tires, vs the OEM tires, the slightly higher
cost is well worth it.
These tires offer far better traction/braking/steering and overall performance on Sprinters.

the bottom bolt is slotted and will move.... throughing alignment out again

I asked for the numbers this time
