After replacing my oil cooler and seals on my 07 diesel, I haven't been able to get the truck to start. It turns over, but won't start. I disconnected the outlet line of the fuel filter and I am getting about 20 ounces every 5 seconds out of there, so I'm sure this is adequate. I then disconnected the outlet of the fuel high pressure pump and I barely get any out of it during the 8 second crank cycle. (Maybe half an ounce) Are you guys thinking a clog? How often do those pumps go bad?
