is this possible? my head is spinning trying to find if these will work on my 2008 144".

my friend has them on his 2015, and I've seen them on a 2013. Im sure they would work on a 2008.

Yes. The 2007 NCV3 2500 and up bolt patterns are all the same. They will fit nicely.
