The Van Compass Scout lift kit will give you 2" more height between the tires and fenders. Here is a picture of our 118" T1N on 33x12.5" tires. It will help clear larger diameter/wider tires. Your wheels are probably wider than stock. If you are rubbing at the frame when turned to full lock you may want to try a small hub concentric wheel spacer before adding a lift kit. I am not sure if anyone makes one for the Sprinter lug pattern. Ebay may be a good source for that.
