Lowering the electric back-seat bed in my 2007 Great West Legend

Hey what is the secret for lowering the electric back-seat bed in my 2007 Great West Legend?

I pulled the 2 cotter pins to unlock the seat.

Saw the 2 pins pull out when I hit the switch, but then the bed never moves down?

No big deal today I will try it again tomorrow. I had the generator running so it is not power.

You are supposed to leave the cotter pins in. There are two places to put them. If you have them out near the rails, the bed will fold down. If you put them in the hinges closer to the center, the whole seat will slide forward to make storage room in the back. It is a very slick design.
