Battery light on a dash

here's my new little problem. 08 2500 with about 200K miles
battery light on on a dash but: battery was replaced, alternator was replaced, just replaced Y cable, by looking at life data with engine running from scan tool i can see 14.2V from ECM
14.2 from airbag control module, 14.2 from ABS control module.
can't see voltage in life data from cluster just some other info like mileage etc. van starts runs and drives 100% no check engine light, just annoying battery light.
looking for some hints in a right direction where to dig.

Check the connections at the alternator.
Don't overlook the engine ground cable strap and the good grounding of the same
A corroded/slightly burnt eye wire socket charge & wire connection or in fact the eye fitting on the B+stud slightly loose with cause that.
Amps remember not Volts are the issue boiled down.
