Finally got around to ordering and swapping in new shocks and struts on the van. I do not know how many miles were on the old parts but the van was really getting exciting to drive. I considered getting the Koni's for quite a while but in the end I opted for the Bilsteins at about half the price. The stuff that came off were Sachs and they didn't owe anyone anything and were completely toast.

I drive the van about 10,000 miles most years and so far the Bilsteins feel great. I don't have much of a load in the back most of the time. I am sure the Koni's are noticeably better but again twice the price for the amount I drive and the amount I carry wasn't justifiable.

Summary: Bilsteins are a good choice for the price.

OEM Bilstein. Not sure they offer an HD bilstein....at least I have not seen them listed. The OEM Bilstein are at least as good as the Sachs that came out of it if not better.
