Nope, elbow grease and really good jack stands. Make sure on flat ground, wheels are chocked and I always put a spare jack stand under next to me just in case one gives way.
Youtube has a couple good videos, may be a different year but same routine.

Some of the easiest I have done. Typically the rotors are a PITA to get off, but mine popped off no problem (only did rears, fronts were already done when I bought it).

The only thing slightly off with these are the internal rear e-brake "hat" drums, and wear sensors.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE THE SENSOR MOUNTING BOLT OFF. These tend to snap. Trust me, I know.
