Best Shocks for '02 16" Wheels

Trying to get some suggestions on my shocks...
I was doing a search for the best bang for my buck on T1N shocks on my '02 2500 Sprinter. I noticed in some of the posts on here that Koni reds are pretty good... Have any of you found them to last longer then the standard stock shocks? I ask because the Reds are near double the price of the stock ones, at least that is what I have found thus far. If the Reds last a while longer then the stock ones and they are better with handling I will go with them.
Or to whichever the longer lasting, better handling brand/type is...
If y'all have the time I would like your thoughts on it.

Indeed they do! I just checked on the Koni website. It seems so long as the shocks stay on the same vehicle and with the same owner and are not misused... The warranty is for a lifetime of use. Thank you for that info!
