I'm looking for a reputable mechanic on Northern Vancouver Island

Did you find someone to look at your sprinter? If so please let me know, I’ve got some wiring/electrical problems and I’d rather find someone that knows these vehicles then let someone do the guessing and charging for their learning experience. Anywhere on vancouver island is fine withme, I’d drive for a good mechanic...

The Chrysler dealer in Parksville used to be a Sprinter dealer (pre-2010) ... but i don't know if they still retain the knowledge.

After the Dodge/MB break-up, there were billboards around the Island advertising some other Sprinter service provider (i don't remember who)

MBenz Nanaimo is the only one with positive reviews on service so far that i know of, but Valley W in Courtney also works on Sprinters

I tried rand automotive in Victoria for a transmission flush but they broke the line to the radiator which apparently should have been carefully removed. They admitted to not having any sprinter specialist there at the time...

Further they gave me a small reimbursement on their temporary fix and I got a complimentary oil change. They overfilled the oil and I had to pull over and find a shop later to drain a bit of oil. I don’t recommend Rand Auto and think that’s quite laughable they aren’t able to properly do an oil change when they claim to be sprinter specialists.
