Beginning on page 106 of the service manual the removal and installation of the rotors begins. Searching their examples for my application I found that the information I needed in order to install the rotors is actually torque for the Wheel Flange Ring. If I read it correctly my 2006 Dodge Sprinter 3500 series Wheel Flange Ring Torque is 133 ft. lbs. for the front and 148 ft. lbs. for the rear. It was confusing until I looked at diagram #26 and #27 to see what a Wheel Flange was.
