I went into my local dealer in Seattle where I bought my van to have my service A reminder reset. They said they would do it this time but would charge ten dollars next time
I politely explained that the manual explains how to do it but it doesn't work. Isn't this a warranty issue? He had no idea it was in the manual and said all he knows is he has to pull a tech out to reset it and Chrysler won't reimburse them for the time. It's only ten bucks but how lame is this? 38 grand on a van from their dealership and they want to charge me to reset the service reminder??
