Feels like the one rear brake is activated

Every once in a while, my van will make a funny noise and feel as if one wheel is braking, I assume it is an ESP problem. It does not happen all the time, but I found the sweet spot is on an arterial with stop and go traffic? I am thinking a bad wheel sensor of something intermittent?

Am I the only one?

So this went away until today when we got back into summer temps. So being I used to own a Freightliner FL50 with Wabco ABS I did learn a few tricks, I am thinking I have a resistance problem going on that is aggravated by temperature?

So I unplugged the 2 rear sensors and took reading while the van was hot.

Left read 456.9 K Ohms.
Right read 325.2 K Ohms.

I guess I will get it scanned for codes, but I never get any dashboard lights?
