I'm headed to Waukon, IA for a memorial service. I'll be there only for a couple of days. I don't think there will be much time for learning about the history of the area - and every area has historic interest to me.... but never mind that now.

This is from wikipedia.org

Waukon is named for Chief Waukon Decorah, a Ho Chunk who cooperated with whites during the Black Hawk War and whose people were subsequently forced out of Wisconsin into Northeast Iowa.

This is wikipedia's info on Ho Chunk

The Ho-Chunk, or Winnebago (as they are commonly called), are a tribe of Native Americans, native to what are now Wisconsin and Illinois.

Think of all those RVs that could be re-badged....

While you're in the area, go to the Ho Chunk factory and see what they have in the planning stages. Maybe a battery-powered Class A?
