If I knew him , I would take out a big life insurance policy. Jack stands are very cheep. Good info on brake job.

Few things, the top bolt was stripped on the end, second he greased everything except the lower plunger.

Why grease the bolts? If anything you use thread loc. Next no torque wrench - scary.

I was chocking just watching - as he was brushing the asbestos dust with no mask, but then smoking isn't doing his lungs any good any way so what's the difference.

Beyond killing himself when the entire rear of the Sprinter falls off the floor jack under the Dif pumpkin,
the rotor in the photo is way beyond worn out.
Probably wear out his new pads in a few thousand miles.
Check the undercut on the outer edges of the rotor.....scary!
Maybe this is why some Sprinters get very poor rear brake mileage, and I've consistently gotten great
rear brake mileage.
Never have replaced the brake pads on any Sprinter I've owned.
