I've had my Thor for over a year now and this pass weekend while driving along on the freeway, the decorative wood strip fell off onto my mom, who was sitting on the couch. The strip is quite heavy, around 12lbs so it can be quite dangerous for any person that may be seated on the couch. She ended up with a concussion and I will take this QC issue up with Thor first thing Monday. With further inspection I noticed that it was only held up with 3 glue spots and some safety wire. I recommend all other owners out there to double check if their trim piece maybe coming lose or better yet, reinforce it. Please see picts below

Dirtyguy,
Your unit looks just like mine I'm going to check mine to see if it has that problem I must have got one built on a Tue as we found no problems as of yet just the water pump thumps a little bit, we took delivery April of 2013 good luck.
I really like mine.

I checked my wood work and it s not coming loose (like I said my unit must have been made on a Tue) as I have not found much in the way of problems in the last year.

good luck
