Instument panel top cover removal ?

How do you remove the cover over the instrument panel in an '06 Sprinter? Does it just snap out like the cover that's above the passenger seat air bag? Do you have to remove the molding at the front of the instrument panel first?

Thanks! That's exactly what I'm looking for. I wanted to lay some speaker wires behind the instrument cluster, but after seeing what has to be disconnected to get to that area, I think I'll find another path for the wires. I thought it might be as easy as the passenger side.

You might want to check access through the air vents. They are made of PVC.
