ecu /ecm/cdi removal

There is supposed to be two spring clips....see them in this picture......I was told you have to pull the ecm out of these clips. I grabbed the control module and pulled until I got a hernia and it still will not budge..who has pulled this out and did you hire superman?

If you look close you can see the brown colored clips...I think these hold the ecm in place.....but I cannot budge them from the clips......I am not a body builder but not weak either....I am wondering if anybody has pried this out somehow?

Ok guys ....for me the secret was to pry one of the clips away and it came right down.......dont think I was strong enough to pull it out by those clips......
