Wheres the best place to buy DAD program

Hello! I was wondering if you guys could tell me where the best place to buy the DAD software would be? Im looking for the whole kit software, wiring possibly computer. Preferably a kit that is easy to install and ready to go for all years 02-13.

I think I'm correct in saying it's only fully compatible with pre-'06s i.e. trusty T1Ns. Fellow forum member Andy Bittenbinder had a run on them a couple if years ago, maybe he has remaining stock? Otherwise, they pop up for sale every so often on here.
