coolant flush fill

I replaced the top radiator hoses and lost about 3/4 gallon of coolant.
I replaced that with tap water.
After reading some posts I would like to drain and fill with proper coolant. What is the proper procedure for draining/flushing and filling the radiator, and what coolant/coolant mixture should I use?
Thanks

You can download the 2006 service manual from: http://aie-services-2.net/Sprinter/
...it's all there...

The 2006 owner's manual says this about the coolant:
EURO Peak Coolant/Anti-freeze, OLD WORLD INDUSTRIES
Zerex G05, The Valvoline Company
Zerex G48, The Valvoline Company
Glysantin G05, BASF AG
MOPAR® Part No. 05066386AA, or equivalent
...or as specified by MB BEVO sheet 325.0
