Where can I find aftermarket support for finding these tabs? My van has rattled some lose and instead of replacing them, I want to find some rocker switches and maybe even a usb charging port (an extra would come in handy for passenger who also uses phone on long drives.

Can't seem to find the m on Ebay or Amazon - the usual places. Where to look?

Are you looking for the blank switch covers? Here's the p/n for the switch cover: 05122925AA - look under electrical switches section.
54 cents at Berry Dodge (use p/n 5122925AA)

I drilled a hole in the center of one and mounted a 1/4" stereo mini jack for my MP3 player input.

all mine has the tabs broken off ever since I own the vehicle. I drilled a hole on one to mount a mini toggle switch. I glued it down with a dab of silicone at the broken tabs. it is more secure than new. if you are careful you cannot see the silicon when done as in my case. I use a white silicone that I have around.

if you ever need to pop the cover just push hard from below to break the bond.
