How do you know that is the one?
In truth, we don't ... since i don't think you have EVER specified which *side* you're talking about.
-366 is a Right (US passenger side) door

If you read the descriptions on the page you referenced in this thread
(or the full list with part numbers i posted in another of your threads)
you'll see that there are four choices for the Right door:
-845 is "Luxury" (the fabric-and-vinyl panel from a PAssenger Wagon)
-367 is "Full Laminated Wood" ... i.e. plywood
-882 is "Washable Wall" ... i.e. plastic, or plastic-coated plywood
-366 is simply the cheapest, so it's probably a "pressboard" product, like masonite.
Or, as you say "plain gray plastic corrugated cardboard type"

..which certainly seems to make -366 the correct part.

Actually, the cardboard type isn't like masonite, it's just like cardboard but plastic (at least in my van it is). I guess for $20 or so I'll give it a shot.
