The foam fill in the A pillar broke when I removed the plastic cover. Can someone recommend a source for replacing the foam fill?

Broke? Just use some silicone to glue it back together.

If it's typical white styrofoam, a water-based wood glue (such as classic white Elmer's, or light-tan Titebond) can glue it back together.

The NAFTA passenger-side filler is Dodge part number 05104273AA, driver's side is 05123185AA

I used some aluminum tape to hold mine together for re-installation (after I broke it :bash: ). Duct tape would work as well.

The only purpose that I can see for the foam is impact resistance in the event of a crash. The foam will be properly held in place by the plastic pillar cover even after it is just taped. Between the air bag and your shoulder belt the pillar impact should never matter. FWIW. vic
