At the risk of sounding like a smart ass, there will be a few questions coming. Who replaced all of the parts? How was it concluded that those needed to be replaced? From reading this, it sounds like someone is pulling codes and throwing parts at it. The turbos in these are pretty robust and rarely fail from what I understand. All of the symptoms point to a mechanical issue that should be check Ed out before tossing parts at it.
Your location is not in your profile so it will be hard to point you towards a GOOD Sprinter specialist. These are quite complicated and expensive vehicles and not every shop is capable of performing effective repairs. I would suggest taking it to a reputable Dodge or MB dealer, or Doktor A if he is near enough. There is a thread on dealers that can help guide you to a good repair facility.
By "skipping" I assume you mean a miss. Add the light grey smoke and it sounds like a dead cylinder, maybe even sucking in some coolant. Have you checked the coolant level? Added any coolant?
