Clock Shows Error Code....

Hi Everyone,

Ever since I got my 2009 Dodge Sprinter last year, I have had a simple yet interesting thing happen. Every once and a while when I start my Sprinter the clock area in the instrument panel flashes "LA:13" then it holds on the same thing and finally goes away. I am not to sure what this means or if it even means anything but any input would help...

i guess if we can't see the bulletin, then we don't know what the error or solution is !

edit: the pdf file is here. the bulletin says there is an error in the instrument cluster and must be reflashed to correct.
