Water Leaking into Door through Window Seal

Greetings everyone,

Just removed all interior paneling on my sprinter as I start the conversion process. After removing the vapor barrier from the front passenger door, I was surprised to see some water drops and moisture in the door. I didn't notice at first that it is an open system, with drainage at the bottom. When I went back to the car today, I noticed that new water had entered the door. Apparently, when snow melts on the window it drips straight down into the door past the window seal. I was surprised when I realized there was no rubber seal. Has anyone had similar experience an identified a solution? Is there a way to adjust the window to be tighter against the seal? Not that its a lot of water, but I still don't want continued drainage through my door.

It's normal. That's why the vapor barrier is behind the door panel

Thanks. Seems strange to me that it just drips in and there its no vapor barrier protecting the speakers...
