Anyone add any sort of exhaust brake?

We like exploring the Sierras with their steep-full-of-switchback downhills and the Sprinter based RV we own performs miserably on these steep downhills. We sure would like to improve performance on these steep downhills where even 1st gear does not slow down the vehicle enough... Al

Not aware if one exists, but the famous Jake brake is not made for any Mercedes diesels... Al

Yeah ... I posted another thread about the same problem. I am about to mount a 1-ton block of concrete on a hydraulic arm plugged into my trailer hitch, and drop it to the pavement on those steep downgrades!
