2005 Camshaft Position Sensor Location

I have a P2043 code [CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR CIRCUIT OPEN OR SHORT CIRCUIT ].

I want to replace it before my next trip tomorrow. I have the part [Dodge #5080346AA or MB/Freightliner #A0031539728]. I think it is also a Hella part# W0133-1789056 for $35.10!!

Q?-- Where is the sensor located??

Remove top engine plastic cover.Camshaft sensor is on passenger side at the back of engine head.

So it could be a cut or short-circuited cable harness, too...

The cable looked in perfect condition with intact plastic cover just like the drawing in "Aqua's" manual on page 1. With exact same bend as it heads northwest. I 'll see...
