I am attempting to diagnose the climate control on my 03' sprinter. I have tested both pressure, as well as the charge of freon in the system. So far I am reading 35lbs on the low side at idle with the compressor running. 55 with the system off. My readings are 46 degrees on the passenger vents, and up above 60 on the drivers side. Now I have been told that this is somewhat of a weak system to start out with, but why am I getting such hot temps only out of the drivers side?
On a side note, I opened up the dash, and assured that the mechanical cables are functioning and well lubed. Heater heats up well, but have not checked for sensor failure on heater control. I am going to replace cabin filter as well. Any help appreciated-Marc
