We have a 2006 pass van.
when we start it in the morning and hold your foot on the brake pedal it slowly goes down. I have checked for leaks and the fluid is full and after it's warm works fine Any ideas?

Could be that your master brake cylinder is leaking pressure internally. When warm the pressure piston swells enough to prevent internal pressure bypass.
