I demand my powerplant be swapped out for a 6.7L Cummins engine.

Then I wanna be part of the law suit.

Actually, can we just skip to the end where I'm rich enough to retire?

Sounds like some ambulance chasing lawyer is bottom feeding for class actions clients. He should be disbarred!

Complete junk, however the premiss is sound (and a money maker). Three attempts to repair the same issue under warranty IS a Lemon Law buy back. The manufacturer can also be forced to pay fees, the cost of the transport you used in place of the van, including a car or truck purchase, etc., etc.
