According to the latest quarterly from the Oregon Dept of Agriculture, diesel fuel sold in Oregon has just (April 2011) changed to B5. It had been B2 since 2009, with B5 to be required once certain production goals had been met. That time is now.

"DEPT of AG" might only apply to off-road diesel like farm and construction vehicles? ie marked diesel, no?

Nope, this is the stuff for on-road use. If you have any questions, you can google...

We have a 5% biodiesel mandate here in MN. It is sechedule to go to 10% in 2015. I've been running the 5% for a year now in MN and there are no issues that I have seen. Actually when I fuel up at the local fleet farm, it starts better in the winter, but they sell a fuel from flint hills refinery - just down the road from me - that they claim is a better fuel. It is performance gold diesel. http://www.performancefuels.com/product/

As long as biodlesel is refined and blended correctly, 5% should be just fine.
