I'm preparing documentation for the interrogatory in a lemon lawsuit against Chrysler and Fleetwood RV. When attempting to get a repair, the dealership had a Chrysler rep in from Chicago to see the unit, named Richard, or Robert, or something. He wouldn't give out his full name. Has anyone had experience with a Chrysler rep from Chicago? I don;t know how to find out his full name.
