spare tire mounting (stock)

on my 03 2500 it came with the spare tire mounted inside the the vehicle, i want to remove that and put it in the stock location, under the rear in front of the rear bumper.....it was a old mri van so it had a radiator/cooling system mounted under there which is why the tire was mounted inside the unit....i ripped all the mri equipment out from under the vehicle and would love to see a picture of what the spare tire holder is supposed to look like under the van?? can somebody help me out??

I didn't remove the tire carrier, that is what holds the spare fuel tank.
I am planning on mounting the spare on the door or in a hitch mounted basket.

Anyhow, here is the parts list for the spare tire carrier.

Al,

I am in the process of making a front guard that will hold an extra spare for me (future road trip to Baja).

Just need to source a Mig welder first.
