Brake Replacement

I have a 05 2500 cargo van that has 215,000 + miles.

The brakes or rotors have never been changed. I am about to replace the brakes and rotors soon and was wondering if anyone has any hints for doing so. I find this forum very helpful in the past. Good job folks

Are you sure it still have brakes?

By now, it could have a hole in the floorboard like the cars on the "Flintstones" cartoons.

make sure when you push the piston back on
the caliper to crack the bleeder screw,then push the pistons
in.
this will make a mess but you dont want that fluid on a car
or truck with ABS getting pushed back into the system.
you will need someone to help you bleed the brakes when your
done.couple pumps on each side should do.
