Alternator Pulley Decoupler Problem

In reference to this thread.

Due to work demands, I can't make polish this any further. I don't know Adobe Acrobat 9 well enough to make this into a class-A document. All the data's here though, including embedded sound files.

You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 9 and the latest Adobe Flash Player installed on your system to hear the sounds.

The document includes:

Problem noise recording
Parts list
Parts picture
Added - Forgot to mention: Repair info from WIS
MB Dealership work order (my personal info redacted)
and
Start up and shut down recording after repair.

I thought about just putting this in NCV3 write-ups or somewhere else. Then I figured this is as good a place as any since I'm out of time.

I hope this helps someone in the future.

Seek, please move this thread or just this posting to somewhere that makes more sense, if there is a place that make more sense. I believe it impacts both T1N and NCV3 Sprinters as well as other MB products that use a clutch on the alternator pulley.... I just don't know the other MB product chassis numbers.
