The NAFTA Sprinter Engineering & Compliance published the upfitter/bodybuilder book in three PDFs.

They are attached.

The NAFTA Body Builder website reflects that part two (2) was modified on the 5th of March 2010. Parts one (1) and three (3) were left untouched.

I do not know what the differences are between the older part 2 and the newer part two, but here's the section with a newer create date.
