more headaches from inlad - Sprinter-Forum

so... if any of you have been following the story about my roof racks here is the latest!

they sent me out the rest of my racks and it was delivered on monday, this evening was the first chance I got to install it .....so to my surprise when i opened the box the were 16 cross bars and no side rails!!!!!! After all the hassle with them before and the delay in getting this stuff out to me you would think they would make an extra effort to make sure the order was right????

The worst customer service ever!

they are shipping it 2 day tomorrow and it will be here on friday or so they say!

16 cross bars

Hope you have lots of bolts.

With that many cross bars, you could strap down an elephant up there.

Hope your parts come soon, I'm waiting on My ladder rack too from Al-Van equipment sales in the PNW.
