Buying a new 2 year old vehicle - Sprinter-Forum

I have an opportunity to purchase a new 2007 Sprinter (17 km) at a substantial discount, Now a few people have told me to stay away because of the potential problems that might arise from sitting on the lot for 2 years.
What do you guys think.

If sold as new, it carrys the "new warranty". If you have researched the price, and it is indeed cheap, I'd take the deal.
