PO100 code - Sprinter-Forum

Guys,
I'm considering the purchase of a 2006 model. Everything looks great, runs great, drives great. The only code reader I have access to (generic OBDII) shows PO100 code. There isnt any MIL on in the dash. Is this something I need to dig deeper into, or is it possibly just a quirk of not having the correct tool to read the Sprinter ECM?
