I don't think that information is available over the old style round connector/protocol, there are many things we're missing out on compared to true ODB2.

Pierre you mentioned that you are using two apps one being OBD2 Scanner for Iphone. What was the other app you are using?Hi Rob
Both the OBD 2 wifi scanning device and the adaptor cable are on Ebay the prices vary but the 14 to 16 pin adaptor was less than $ 6.00 free postage took less than a week this is advertised as being for a Sprinter .
If you search on EBay for "ELM 327 you will find an assortment of offers for the Wifi device read carefully they're available for Iphone or android .
I paid $20.00 for it but they are available for much less I have since found .(Bugger)
Bonus for me was the fact when I downloaded the App I was able to have it on the Iphone as well as the IPad for the one download fee .
If you have an Iphone search the App Store for "OBD2 Scanner "but make sure that the one you buy is for Wifi as some are designed to be used on a PC via a cable .

Hi Glenn the links will get the two Apps that I have tried , the Obd2 scanner works on both iPhone and IPad and is the one I like as it has more info and to my mind easier to use .
The Engine link is for IPad only its more complex take a look and see . About $13.00 will buy both .
