I believe they do have a Sprinter tech on staff.....I took my T1N there. They had/have a service writer on staff also. His decisions/actions caused me to take my business elsewhere. The tech was good, the service writer was NOT. It has been 3 years since I went there, things may have changed.....then again they may not have changed.

Took my 03 T1N in for recall intake manifold replacement. They were courteous and professional and took great care of my Sprinter!
No issues with the recall work and they even replaced the EGR gasket for no charge, even though it was not included in the recall. They had the van for 2 days and seem to have done a great job! They were not scared off by my fuel system modifications either.
Overall very satisfied with their work!
(That being said - when the work is done on my dime, I take it to Linden Engineering in Golden. Dennis is top notch!)

I've been happy with the service I've gotten from Chrysler Dodge in Boulder, CO as well. Their very conveniently-located for me, so I've gone to them for service a couple of times with my 2006 T1N (oil changes, tranny service) as well as troubleshooting AC problems when I didn't have the time to drive to Golden. I have found that I do need to be prepared for full retail pricing which can be surprising at times (like a $500+ receiver/dryer to condenser hose), but I haven't had any issues with the quality of their work.
