Are you still driving the one you found: a 2004 in rancho mirage?

If so, I'd pick the oil that's cheapest as long as it conforms to one of the specs in your owners manual. You can find the 2004 owners manual in T1N database, but I think its guidance is: MB228.3 or MB228.5.

I would think the DelVac would be cheaper and appropriate, but I'll let a T1Ner answer more authoritatively.

What Jon and Richard said except that I would add you do not need ESP rated oil if you have a 2.7L in-line 5 cylinder NAFTA T1N. ESP is low ash formula for newer engines with a DPF diesel particulate filter. I would not spend any extra money for ESP if not required.

Not Mobile 1, but I think Rotella T 15w-40 rated 228.3 and 228.31 is still on sale at Advance Auto $9.99/gal until tonight. My:2cents: AP/vic
