Had limp home problem, and wasn't able to reach Dr A (and hadn't put DAD into operation yet. Changed turbo resonator but not cure. Was on road.

Cole Chrysler Dodge Jeep Mazda in San Luis Obispo, California took me same day as my call to them, figured out split in turbo hose, and replaced. So KUDOS FOR FAST SERVICE.

But OUCH on price.

$147.23 for Hose Radiator (turbo)
$32.44 for Hose Air Induction
$360.50 labor
Tax $13.92

Total of $554.09, which was after a $40-50 discount

Next day, customer surveyer asked re my satisfaction. Said was happy with quick service but thought labor might be mistake as replacing hoses was (as I learned) not that difficult (rremove grille and headlights for access to clamps and bolts). Got callback and told Service Adviser and Service Manager reviewed, and invoice was correct for 1 hour for diagnosis and 2 hours to replace. So ouch on price.

Later spoke with Dr A who had some tips on figuring out turbo hose leak and fix. If somebody has changed out turbo hoses, would be nice to see writeup.
