Storage and Packing

Nature abhors a vacuum. I finished packing the Sprinter for our upcoming three week trip, and I have two medium sized totes that are only half full, so I caught myself thinking that surely there must be something I'm forgetting, and I'm running around the house looking for something to put in those totes.

When we had the Class B, it was even worse because there was twice as much storage. You think I would have learned my lesson about bringing things we'll never need or use. The more storage you have, the more crap you will find to fill it.

It good to have extra space when you leave on a trip.

That way, when you get to where you are going, you can get even more crap and then bring it back home.

My wife is an expert at this.

When I was full-timing (large 5th wheel) I took what I thought I'd need. In over a year I don't think I so much as touched 80% of what I carried.
