Default Turbo SCREAMING

2003 dodge sprinter 2500 158"Had loss of power and lhm I think with no check engine light. Turbo was not functioning. Briefly clogged fuel filter light came on. I changed it, cleaned egr and Maf sensors. Now it functions but has loud whine not like before.... Checked hoses and resonator.... Seem fine.... Please help with advise...
