Default West Branch, MI

I hitched up my trailer and hauled 6 of us to Tractor Supply Company to buy a pedal boat (in Michigan, they're on sale this week), then headed up north to pedal around a small lake. Awesome day... about 85F and sunny. All three kids slept like babies on the ride up. My 118 had plenty of room for 6 people, 6 adirondack chairs, a cooler, and a trash can. Lovin' the ample space on road trips. Previous car was a Scion xB. This was our first day trip in the Sprinter.

shoot.. can't attach a pic from my phone...

It looks very nice. I have many pleasant memories (some a bit fuzzy) of sailing and good times on Tawas Bay which isn't very far from there. Great area and great people! vic

Yep. Tawas Bay is a fun area. And that area of the state caters to the creation of fuzzy memories.

heh. The 3 year old screamed and wanted out of the boat before we launched. The 2 year old went 100 yards and wanted out. The 4 year old did 2 laps around the lake, and when I complained of tiredness, she complained of not picking enough lily pads. So I was pedaled out. Definitely best to stay near the shore on a breezy day...

Well, it's been two for 5 years. Not even thinking about three.

This is when the 2nd one was four.
