Hey! I just received word from Corey @ idparts.com that they are stocking the Koni Reds shocks and struts for the Sprinter!
He also said that Koni's annual sale starts on March 1 so they will be on special. He said they have a lot on order and will let us know when they are in stock. I don't work for idparts.com, I'm just a happy customer. I have used them for parts for my 05 VW Jetta TDI wagon for many years and they have always been great! In fact, 2 years ago I purchased a set of Koni Reds for my Jetta during their annual sale and saved a lot of money on them!

Thanks for the promo!
I just spoke with Koni and while the Sprinter model shock will not be part of their "Shock Value" sale, IDParts will begin stocking these and selling them at the Koni minimum price. I'll post and update with pricing as soon as our pallet(s) of Koni products arrives in a week or so. Corey@IDParts.com

Here's a top secret document showing the same shocks and struts work for NCV3 as well, at least through this 2008 printing.
If one could show that 2007-2012 all use the same shocks and struts (probably), that would say definitively that these will work for basically all T1N and NCV3. 3500 PN's are also in there. Seems like yet another market protection turf agreement BS thing. 2008_Full 1.pdf |

I have been talking with a NCV3 owner who claims the T1N shocks work for the NCV3, BUT, I haven't been able to independently confirm it. It would be great if they were compatible but the current Koni catalogue says no.
Interestingly, though, there isn't a NCV3 product at all. That doesn't make sense to me since they have a shock for everything else.

I'm certain that the Koni rear shocks listed for the T1N fit and work well on my 2008 NCV3. Not sure about the front shocks however.

The T1N and NCV3 front struts are completely different, fastener configuration-wise

I do have Koni's on my 08 2500 van (rear) . They fit and work just perfectly . OEM rear shocks - it's like no shocks at all ! When I took them off , I could not believe what I saw . Just no shocks , and they were not leaking . My 3 yr old son could compress an decompress them easily . So I was thinking , if those 02-06 front Koni shocks look close to NCV3 then there is a welder and a drill press |
