WTB: Roadtrek Agile, low miles in excellent condition. Cash Buyer!

We are looking to purchase a used Roadtrek Agile SS.
Seller must be "sober" in their price. I'm a cash buyer and very aware of the challenges of our economy and how it relates to RV prices.

Prefer 2008 or later with low miles. Extended warranty is a plus.
Definitely prefer private sellers. Must have all service records and a clear history of no accidents or body damage/repairs.

We have previously owned a 2007 Agile and loved it. Sold it in 2008 due to lack of time to use. Now have the time to travel and enjoy my landscape photography pursuit.

I don't know how financing is in Canada, but here in the states most banks will not offer financing on RV's due to the poor economy.

Thus, to use an old phrase, Cash is King.

What I am saying is... sellers beware of buyers who show up at your door with stacks of $100's and $50's. You can be a victim of money laundering & counterfeiting. Happens to folks who sell $400 iPhones on Craigslists every day. I wouldn't want to find out I lost $20k from bogus bills. Receive your large payment electronically.

I. Sold my '86 Westy syncro for ~$14k, after buying it 10 years earlier for $6k ( and 150,000 miles!). Probably worth $30k now days!
